Starting October on a high note of positivity and purpose, DEI HUB was honored to partner with Hastone Company as the lead trainer and consultant for the intensive workshop “Implementing DEI Policies in the WorkPlace”.
This program was designed to equip participants with both foundational knowledge and practical tools to help Hastone effectively integrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) values into its operations and culture.
With the mission of accompanying businesses in building sustainable and inclusive workplaces, DEI HUB tailored this training specifically for Hastone, aiming to help its team:
✅ Gain a clear understanding of DEI’s role within the framework of sustainable development and ESG strategies – particularly under the Social pillar.
✅ Master practical approaches to implementing and embedding DEI through customized, enterprise-specific DEI policies.
Through an interactive training approach, DEI HUB worked closely with Hastone’s members to explore comprehensive DEI policy frameworks, while emphasizing actionable solutions for cultivating and sustaining an inclusive corporate culture – one where every individual’s talent is respected, recognized, and nurtured.
Notably, the session brought together 15 key staff members, with over 80% being women, creating a vibrant and multi-perspective discussion space. This strong female representation stood as a vivid testament to Hastone’s pioneering efforts on its DEI journey.
