We embark on this reflective journey, filled with a profound sense of gratitude and pride, to express our sincere thanks to all those who have supported our mission in making the world a more inclusive place for the LGBTIQA+ community. Our project, “LGBTIQA+ CAREER – Strengthening social inclusion, career skills development, and job placement for the LGBTIQA+ people” (LGBTIQA+ Career), has triumphed through four intense competition rounds, earning the appreciation of domestic and international judges. Notably, we twice secured a spot in the top regional projects for social innovative business models.
Our journey began with a simple yet profound desire: to build a social business model that would empower the LGBTIQA+ community, fostering social inclusion, personal and professional growth, and expanding access to quality education and employment opportunities. Over a span of more than six months, our project was blessed with the opportunity to bring this vision to life, developing and expanding the model to achieve the significant milestones we celebrate today.
Throughout this incredible journey, rife with unexpected surprises, challenges, and obstacles, we are immensely proud of the accomplishments we have achieved:
- Collaboration with more than 15 partners, including businesses, universities, development projects, and social organizations, all united in their commitment to sustainable development.
- A network of more than 20 experts in diversified backgrounds, such as, gender diversity, social entrepreneurship, innovation, business development, sustainable development, etc.
- Collaboration & connections with community groups and influencers in the community.
- The successful organization of numerous in-person and online programs designed to create a positive impact for the LGBTQ+ community.
These achievements wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support and companionship of our partners, experts, advisors, project members, the dedicated organizers of the global SBC competition, and the SBC Vietnam team. To these remarkable individuals and organizations, we extend our heartfelt gratitude.
We reserve a special place of honor for those who played pivotal roles in guiding and inspiring us:
