Driven by the goal of bridging the gap between educational and employment opportunities for Vietnamese youth and enhancing the quality of the national workforce, Viet Hoi Nhap Corporation joined forces with the Faculty of International Communication and Culture – Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV). in 2023. This collaboration took place within the framework of the Talented Communicator Competition, also known as IC Master.
IC Master is an exclusive annual competition in the field of communication, organized by the esteemed Academy’s Faculty of International Communication and Culture . It serves as a platform for students to enhance their skills and nurture their passion for communication by tackling real-world challenges faced by the industry. Centered on the theme of “Application of AI in Local Communication and Promotion,” IC Master 2023 has brought significant value by exploring the potential of localities in the digital transformation journey.
As a Silver Sponsor of the competition, Viet Hoi Nhap Company are proud to have awarded a total of 160 scholarships equivalent to 160 professional skills courses to 25 outstanding contestants from the top-performing teams. These included the Champion team, the First Runner-up team, the Second Runner-up team, the Most Popular team, and the team recognized for its Potential.

Through a signed cooperation agreement, Viet Hoi Nhap Human Resource Development Company and the Faculty of International Communication and Culture at DAV will collaborate on initiatives aimed at promoting programs related to professional skill development for the young Vietnamese generation. These initiatives will encompass areas such as expert training, communication, and fostering connections. Looking ahead, both parties will continue discussions to plan and implement further collaborative activities throughout 2024.
