As young people approach the next phase of their lives, particularly those in their final years of school, they may grapple with questions such as:
Should I venture out to explore new places or start working right after graduation?
AShould I pursue a lucrative yet trendy job or opt for a challenging role that can help shape my future career?
Should I follow the career path chosen by my parents or forge my own? Is it better to gain work experience first or start a business right away?
Should I live solely for myself or be accountable to my loved ones and the wider community?
Furthermore, what tools have I been equipped with thus far, and are they adequate or do I need to make some changes?

During the talk show, Educator Bui Tran Phuong will address all of these concerns and provide insight. Participants will have the chance to engage in an open discussion with both the speakers and attendees, and ask any further questions they may have.
About Speaker
Dr. Bui Tran Phuong, the current Rector of Hoa Sen University, has played a vital role in the development of the institution through her guidance and leadership. Her academic background includes a bachelor’s and master’s degree in History from Paris, and she completed her master’s and doctoral theses in Business Administration at the University of Lyon, France.
Beyond her academic pursuits, Dr. Phuong has a keen interest in education reform and has actively participated in various forums and facilitated exchange programs and discussions among students, artists, and intellectuals. In recognition of her contributions, she has received numerous accolades and awards from both Vietnam and French Governments. Forbes honored Dr. Phuong as one of the 20 most influential women in Vietnam.
